  • Consultations

    Art consultations are available at no cost and are limited to 20-45 minutes per session. All consultations must be scheduled in advance and are required for commission inquiries or private group events. Walk-ins or unscheduled requests cannot be accommodated.

  • Deposits & Payments

    All payments must be made through our website or via invoice—Cashapp, Venmo, and Zelle are not accepted for any services or products. A 30% deposit is required before starting any commissioned art pieces, which will be applied to the original total. Please note that full payment is required before any services are rendered.

  • Turn Around Time/Deliverables

    Please allow 2-4 weeks for all commission pieces to be completed and shipped. Turnaround times may vary depending on the size of the artwork. Some pieces will come with a frame, and if not, this will be disclosed to you in advance.

  • Shipping

    Please allow 2-4 weeks for all commissioned pieces to be completed and shipped, and 3-7 days for art products to be shipped. Each piece will be carefully protected and wrapped to preserve its quality during transit. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Return/Refund

    All art pieces are FINAL SALE. If you have any issues or concerns with your art, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. No returns or refunds are offered on art pieces. For services, refunds are only provided if canceled at least 72 hours in advance. Cancellations with 24 hours or less notice will receive a 50% refund.

    1. How do I commission a custom art piece?

    - To commission a custom art piece, please schedule a consultation through our website. During the consultation, we'll discuss your vision, the size, medium, and any specific details you want to include. A 30% deposit is required to start the commission.

    2. Can I see examples of your previous work?

    - Absolutely! You can view my original canvas tab on the website or check out my social medias for current work. If you’re looking for something specific, feel free to reach out, and I can provide additional examples.

    3. Do you offer art for special occasions or events?

    - Yes, I offer personalized art for special occasions, such as birthday, anniversaries, or kid events and sip and paints. I also provide private group event services. Please contact me in advance to discuss your needs and schedule a consultation.

    4. What payment methods do you accept?

    - Payments can be made via my website or by invoice via debit or credit cards. I do not accept payments through Cashapp, Venmo, or Zelle.
